We are once again organizing to gather for the International OCD Foundation’s One Million Steps for OCD Walk!

Join us for the walk on September 19, 2026 at 3:30pm!

This community event is open to everyone – those with OCD, family and friends, clinicians and researchers, policy-makers, caring community members, kids, and pets. In addition to being a fundraiser and awareness-raising event, it’s also an opportunity to connect with others in our community. If you reside in (or want to travel to!) the Ottawa area, we would love for you to join our team.

We will be gathering in Hintonburg Park at 49 Fairmont Avenue and going on a short 1.7km walk. We’ll follow it up with lawn games, music, raffle prizes, a chip truck, and an ice cream truck (cash only!!) for anyone who wants to hang out after the walk!
